Customer has been having a problem with his washer line for 10 years when he runs the washer it backs up into tub on the opposite side of the wall. The drain lines are connected ran flex shaft multiple times to clear heavy scale and soap grease buildup ran the washer multiple times the line is not backing up anymore
Arrived on site customer stated that they have an issue with the tub spout and shower head running at the same time since they remodeled the bathroom and would like to replace main shut off valve. Upon inspection found that the tub spout is ran in pex and the piping is not large enough to keep up with the amount of water flow so it sends it up to the shower head and the main shut off is an older gate valve that leaks. Repiped tub spout in copper and replace main shut off valve with a ball valve tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment.
Arrived on site to Hydro jet kitchen sink. Hydro jetted kitchen sink and it is now draining as it should. Snaked washing machine drain but the problem was not fixed. Will send out a second set of eyes to figure out the issue.
Hardness 4 Ph 7.0 Arrived on site customer stated that they are interested in a tankless. Upon inspection found that due to the amount of bathrooms 2 tankless units will need to be installed to keep up with gpm and a dedicated gas line will need to be installed as well. Gave options to install 2 tankless unit in tandem but recommend keeping powervent water heater. Performed inspection and found that full bathroom downstairs fill mechanism is broken and can cause poor flushes in the toilet customer stated that it is flushing fine at this time. Also found that the two upstairs bathroom shower handles are stiff to turn but are operating as it should. Gave options on repairs and customer would not like to move forward at this time.
Arrived to the home, home is on a slab, customer has stated that 5years ago they had someone pull and reset the existing toilet. At that time, customer stated that the person reused the existing wax under the toilet and discovered that the cast iron flange was broken. That person then resetted the toilet on the broken flange. I arrived today because the toilet is leaking whenever it is flushed. I provided options for the customer to replace the cast iron flange and reset the toilet. Customer has declined any and all service at this time. No $59
Arrived on site customer stated that they would like there kitchen faucet replaced and their lav faucets replaced, myguy plumbing gave customer options of faucet supplied by us or to install the faucets the customer had bought, for today customer would like to move forward with installing customer supplied products. After all work was completed, myguy plumbing tested for leaks. At thsi time there are no leaks found. Everything appears to be working as should.
Arrived in’s its client stated his kitchen sink is backed up. Client also stated when using his washing machine it would come up out of the tub. Gave estimates to hydro jet kitchen sink and snake washing machine standpipe. Took 20% deposit and will return another day to perform work.

Arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection. After inspecting we left estimates on what we found. For today customer would just like options emailed over to them
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a few issues with their toilet. After inspecting we found that the flapper for the toilet has gone bad also the toilet handle has broke. Myguy plumbing gave customer options to replace toilet, or to rebuild the toilet with a new toilet handle. For today, the customer would like to move forward with rebuilding the toilet. After all work was completed myguy plumbing tested for leaks. At this time there appears to be no leaks or issues found. Everything is working as should.
Repair on Navien combination boiler in Howell, NJ.
Arrived on site customer stated that they have washing machine hoses that are stuck on the pipe. Upon inspection found that we can try to remove them or recommend replacement. Customer would like to just have them removed. While removing the hot side valve snapped in the wall immediately shut water of to water heater and stopped the leak. Told customer as a courtesy we will replace the valve. Asked customer about water on the carpet and they stated that it is ok that they are going to use a vacuum to clean up and by signing this document we are not responsible for any water damage that could have possibly occurred. Installed new laundry valve on the hot side and and tested work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time collected payment.

Arrived on site client stated they had a kitchen clog and a leak under the sink. Upon inspection client had a studor vent that was bad and the trap underneath was leaking because it was unable to be inserted all the way in properly. Piped in the trap properly with a tubular trap and replaced the studor vent underneath. Clients stated the kitchen sink drain much better now.
